  • These black & silver heeled Oxford swing shoes are a perfect copy of a 1930s, swing-era shoe! The original was a vintage pair of Ostrich pumps with light pink inserts. We don't kill ostriches, so you'll have to make do with our version:-)

  • How are these beautiful 1930s black & silver heeled Oxford swing shoes supposed to fit?
    Because the black & silver heeled Oxford is a Blucher, you can customize the width by loosening or tightening the laces. If you are able to fit between two sizes (e.g. 6.5 & 7 or 8.5 & 9), we recommend that if you have narrow to normal width feet, you'll probably need the smaller of the two sizes. If you have wider feet, you'll most likely fit the larger of the two sizes you usually wear.
  • How tall and wide is the heel?
    The heels on these black & silver heeled Oxfords are approximately 3.5" inches (8.89cm) tall and the base of the heel is 1" inch (2.54cm) wide to keep you stable. As an added bonus, the heel base is finished in suede leather sole to prevent any abrupt friction on the dancefloor.
  • What type of sole is equipped on these gorgeous heeled black & silver Oxfords?
    These 1930s black & silver heeled Oxfords feature durable, suede leather soles which are designed for dancers of all skills levels. The suede soles are flexible without losing support and balance. To maintain the suede leather (or make it less "zippy"), we recommend using a fine, brass wire brush on the soles to remove the grit and dirt.
