  We have found that these fit pretty much true to size.

  The heels on these black low heeled character dance shoes are approximately 1.75" inches (4.45cm) tall and the base of the heel is 1.75" inch (4.45cm) wide. As an added bonus, the heel base is finished in suede leather sole to prevent any abrupt friction on the dancefloor.
  
• What type of sole is equipped on these black character dance shoes?
  These black ankle strap character shoes feature durable, suede leather soles which are designed for dancers of all skills levels. The suede soles are flexible without losing support and balance. To maintain the suede leather (or make it less "zippy"), we recommend using a fine, brass wire brush on the soles to remove the grit and dirt.
