ABOUT OUR COMPANY & PRODUCTS: Who are we? Andrew & Gay - the duo that brings you Pajama City - and their team - Joss, Katie & Kevin (and sometimes Betsy, Steffan & Glenn) ship footed pjs and swing dance shoes all over the world from their warehouse in Annapolis, Maryland. We started as strictly a swing dance shoe business, but have branched into other fun products. So how'd we get into footy pjs??? One piece pajamas with FEET?!? For ADULTS?!? Why do we sell footed pajamas: Gay (yes, that's her real name) has had a pair since high school. But they were falling apart (hand-me-downs that were at least a decade old - and not made nearly as nice as ours) - so she made her own. And she, um, well, she's a rotten seamstress. So, unable to find them in stores, we've started making them! Now we have something to wear to the office (just kidding - we almost never conduct business in our Footies...). Often when we tell people what we do for a living (can you think of a better job than making footed pajamas?!?) they'll say, "I've been looking everywhere for those!" but occasionally we get: "Oh, I can't sleep in those - they'd be too hot!" - we then explain that our pajamas are great for sleeping in if you're a "cold type" who can never seem to get warm... but for the rest of you they're also the ultimate in loungewear. Besides - our 100% Cotton Flannel style will not overheat you; it's basically just a really big flannel shirt. Want to make Thanksgiving 2007 the most memorable ever??? Buy Footed PJs for all your visiting relatives (they also make a great hostess gift to say thank you for letting me stay at your house for the holidays. Hint for gift giving: Christmas Pajamas! Make Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning extra special - give everyone their own pair so they can sit by the fire and snuggle together. If you tell everybody to open theirs at the same time we just about guarantee hysterical giggles and pandemonium, and unforgettable family photos! Everyday uses: Pajamas with feet are also perfect for the first outfit of the day. Why put on your business wear for breakfast? Wouldn't a nice hot meal in a snuggle bunny outfit be much better for preparing you to meet the world? These are called lots of things: footy pyjamas, onsies, union suits (the original trap door pajamas!), feet pajamas, foot pajamas, and lots of other silly names. How 'bout trying a whole weekend wrapped in one-piece fleece pjs? It'd be like a vacation. Something about these; you simply do not feel like doing yard work when you put one on! A great cure for the workaholic in the family. Speaking of vacations; they never give you enough blankets in hotels, do they? That's why we travel with a pair of our Flannel Footed Pajamas - they fit nicely in the suitcase and we always get a good night's sleep under the hotel's "thinner than a saltine" blanket. These are also great marriage savers... he turns the airconditioning up; you don your footies. The perfect combination!
