REMEMBER TO INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGE. Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it. When it arrives we will refund your purchase price less shipping.

If you return the merchandise you purchase from us for any reason within 30 days in resaleable condition your purchase price will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping and insuring of the package. We reserve the right to repair defective footwear that you have used.

NOTE: IF YOUR RETURN TAKES LONGER THAN 30 DAYS TO GET BACK HERE IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO REFUND YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE STORE CREDIT (sorry! we'll try, but this is something we don't control!)

We do not accept returns on:

• Footwear that has been worn off the carpet.
• Videos and CDs: We will only refund if they are unopened and sent back within 30 days. If opened and found to be defective we will gladly replace with the same item and refund you the amount it cost you to send it back.
• Any clothing item that has been altered.

IMPORTANT: We sell specialty footwear - they do not wear like your ski boots... please consider them "equipment" - not the last pair of shoes you will ever buy. If they were made to last forever they would be hiking boots. Depending on the amount of abuse they get they should last a year or two. The uppers usually wear out before the soles do.

Please read:
Items must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and in original box. (In case you're wondering, clothing that has been altered or footwear that has been worn off the carpet in are no longer LIKE NEW).

If any item is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it and credit you cost of return postage & insurance.

Please understand, we are just like any other shoe or clothing store. We cannot accept used footwear or altered clothing back. If you return items that have obviously been used or altered, we will mark the box "return to sender" and send it back to you.

We will refund the purchase price and shipping of any item that is defective or has been sent to you in error.
