COST:
Despite what our shopping cart says - you will be charged UPS Commercial Rates.
SPEED:
Orders are almost always shipped within 2-3 business days. It's rare, but occasionally orders take up to 7 business days to ship.
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure you give us a working daytime phone number & email address with your order.
Order early! We will not overnight your merchandise at our expense due to errors or defects (whether yours or ours) because you need the items by a certain date.
U.S. GROUND SHIPPING:
We cannot guarantee an exact date, but based on our experience you can calculate the approximate arrival of your package using the chart below:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We charge USPS Rates, plus a small fee for insurance. German accounts will also be charged for creating a certificate of origin. You are responsible for any customs and duties levied by your government.

If your international shipment has not arrived 2 weeks after our estimates above it may be lost (this almost never happens). If this happens we will be happy to reship your package. |

NOTE: When we ship to you, we trust that you have given us a working address. If your shipment is returned to us we will charge you for shipping again when we send it out a second time. If you do not wish us to ship a second time, we will refund you for the cost of the items, but not the shipping that you paid for the first attempted delivery. We recommend that you always use a business shipping address since that makes it easier for the carrier to deliver your package during the day.
